Acne is an inflammatory skin condition caused by clogged hair follicles and excess oil production from the skin. There are different forms of acne, including hormonal acne.

“Regular acne” usually occurs in teenagers when hormones change during puberty and can also be triggered by other factors such as diet, stress or use of certain cosmetic products.

In this case, the same natural ingredients help with regular acne as they do with blemished skin with spots and blackheads (see above).

We recommend our routines for blemished skin and hormonal routines for hormonal acne.

If you think you are suffering from severe inflammatory acne, it is best to seek advice from a dermatologist or specialist, as individualized, appropriate treatment is necessary in such cases.

Please note: As a general rule, you should not touch your face if your hands have not been washed. You should also not squeeze or scratch pimples.

Change your towel every 1-2 days. Your pillowcase every week. 

Important: Strengthen the skin barrier! With blemished skin, it is always important to first strengthen and stabilize the skin barrier, as it protects the skin from harmful environmental influences, bacteria etc., prevents drying out and irritation and promotes the natural regeneration of skin cells. An intact skin barrier is therefore essential for healthy and healthy skin.
