Switzerland - If you order from Switzerland, you do not have to pay any customs fees. We handle customs clearance and then hand over the shipments to the Swiss Post. Don't be surprised, your tracking link only comes once the goods have gone through customs. This can take up to 7 days.

EU - If you order from the EU, you do not have to pay any customs fees. We ship to our customers from our warehouse in Germany and not from Mexico.

🌍 If you order from another region, this may be the case. We ship from the EU. We recommend that you find out in advance about possible customs fees and the current duty-free allowance in Switzerland.
