I received damaged goods, what can I do?Updated a year ago

We are very sorry that you received damaged goods. Unfortunately, damage can occur during delivery and we cannot avoid it.

Please write to us immediately at [email protected] and send us photos of the damaged products. We will then take care of it as soon as possible.

Important note: As soon as you have received the goods and they are damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the goods and provide the following picture material:

  • The shipping label
  • The outside of the shipping box
  • The inside of the shipping box with all the products sent, including packaging
